We’ll visit hidden alleyways and courtyards where London’s early trading took place in Coffee Houses. We’ll look at Banks, Insurance companies and even Churches dedicated to Finance.
We’ll peek behind the scenes at shameful episodes and scandals in London’s history. And we’ll see many beautiful old buildings as we stroll from Aldgate to Paternoster Square including the Lloyds building, the Bank of England, the Royal Exchange, and the Stock Exchange.
There’ll be lots of time for chat and anecdotes and we’ll visit a city pub at the end of the walk.
